The Blog is big on the Razorbacks this weeekend…

Corbindawg (12-3, 2-1 overall; #winning)

Michigan (-7.5) at Northwestern:  I am stepping outside my comfort zone here and going with Big 10 ball.   I don’t know if Brady Hoke is the long term answer at Michigan, but I do know Robinson is most dynamic player in college football.  I love Northwestern and Pat Fitzgerald, but I don’t think they can slow down the Michigan offense.  Go with the Wolverines

Florida at LSU (-13.5):  A lot of chalk for an SEC game, but LSU might have a more athletic defense than Alabama and will really slow the Gators down to a snail’s pace.  Death Valley for a true freshman QB won’t be friendly.  Niether will the LSU defense and the power running game.  LSU wins big and steamrolls the Gators.

Auburn at Arkansas (-10): Something must be wrong, but I agree with Ucheedawg on this.  Auburn is awful on defense and they don’t have the horses on offense to stay with the Razorbacks.  Arkansas was one of the only teams that hung with Auburn last year, and I think the Hogs will have revenge on the mind as it is in Fayetteville.  Arky has some fire power and will win big

Kensington (7-5-3, 0-2-1 last week)

Notre Dame -16

Granite (8-7, 1-2 last week)

Florida@ LSU -13.5      LSU will win by more than 13.5

Vandy @ Bama -29.5    Bama will win by more than 29.5

UGA @Tennessee +2   UGA will win by more than 2

Texas vs. Oklahoma (-10) As usual, the Red River Rivalry carries major implications. Oklahoma is clearly the better team, but Texas is starting to figure itself out. Going back to what worked in the past, we are seeing the McCoy-Shipley combo Part 2, and that has got to excite Texas fans. I think Oklahoma wins, but it will be closer than the experts say. Take the points and the Horns.

Texas A&M @ Texas Tech (+9) Two of my favorite teams take the field in Lubbock on Saturday night, and it’s going to be fun. I have always been a huge fan of the Fightin’ Texas Aggies, and they’ve disappointed me largely the last two weeks. I think they win here, but they haven’t proven that they can close anyone out. I’m taking the points and Texas Tech in this great matchup.

Auburn @ Arkansas (-10) Auburn is not the 15th best team in college football. After the beatdown they take this week in Arky they will fall hard. In the safest bet of the week, give the points as Arky rolls!

Barndawg (2-6-2, 1-1-1 last week)

Boise State (-21) at Fresno State

Iowa (+3) at Penn State

Texas A&M (-8.5) at Texas Tech

Florida State (-10.5) at Wake Forest
