It turns out no UGA players will be charged in the ‘taxicab’ incident. Only one player, according to the Athens-Clarke County Police Department was in the car and in fact tried to act as a peacemaker in the situation.
Sadly, furor over this incident appears to be have been fueled by individuals assuming that just because a couple of college kids look a certain way, they were football players…and that’s all we’ll say about that. It’s a shame that the Bulldawg Nation and Georgia’s coaching staff has had to suffer in the past few days because of some foolish accusations that have been made.
Now onto important issues – such as who will be the No. 1 qb coming out of the spring practice, the Braves and how many strokes Tiger will win the Masters by.
